By accessing, using, or interacting with M.A.P. (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
Projects seeking whitelisting or inclusion must explicitly agree to these Terms during the onboarding process. End users accept these Terms through continued access to or use of M.A.P., including via Discord bots or connected systems.
M.A.P. is a curated Web3 discovery and distribution platform operated by Vibe Labz, a division of Puffsterz Corp.
M.A.P. does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All listings and information are provided for informational purposes only.
Submission or approval of a project does not constitute endorsement. M.A.P. reserves the right to approve, deny, remove, or modify any listing at any time.
You are solely responsible for verifying any project you interact with and for securing your own wallets, keys, and assets.
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puffsterz Corp and Vibe Labz shall not be liable for any losses arising from use of M.A.P.
We may suspend or terminate access to M.A.P. at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
